My Counselling Services are available to support you with

Anxiety, Bereavement and Loss, Coping Skills, Conflict, Depression, Divorce, Domestic Abuse, Financial Difficulties, Infidelity, Lack of Direction, Life Challenges, Low Confidence, Parenting, Peri Menopause & Menopause. Pre-Marital & Marital, Relationship Issues, Sexual Issues,  Stress, Work Challenges.

Available 4 days a week, Telephone and Text Counselling Support for £1 a minute, paid via PayPal or Bacs. Or Pre Booked Sessions from £50 an hour

Between the hours of

Monday  10 am to 8 pm

Tuesday  10 am to 8 pm

Thursday 10 am to 8 pm

Friday      10 am to 8 pm

We all need someone to talk to. I am available to provide that support for you.
