Hi, I'm Michelle Elbrow.
I'm a Plymouth-based Integrative Counsellor.
My experience includes freelancing as a Counsellor for two immediate support mental health apps, Lift Talk & VOS Help. Alongside working as a Relationship Counsellor for an American Sex and Relationship Website.
I am here to offer you a safe, quiet space to talk.
I'm very easy to get along with. People feel at ease around me, and clients feel comfortable opening up to me.
I am non-judgmental, open-minded and empathetic.
My only aim is to get you talking; I will lead you from there.
I am here to work with you to support you through any of life's challenges.
