Hi, I'm Michelle Elbrow, a Plymouth-based Integrative Counsellor, providing Counselling and Befriending Services.

Counselling provides you with a safe space to explore your problems, to understand your feelings and find solutions to your challenges.  Along with providing you with tools to help you cope with future challenges. It's about personal growth and self-discovery.

What is Integrative Counselling? 

It is a flexible counselling approach that blends various counselling techniques to create a personalised counselling plan, recognising that no single counselling method fits everyone. I centre my therapy around person-centred therapy, and add in psychodynamic therapy, humanistic and gestalt therapy. When appropriate.

My Counselling Services are available to support you with

Anxiety, Bereavement and Loss, Coping Skills, Conflict, Depression, Divorce, Domestic Abuse, Family Court Proceedings, Financial Difficulties, Infidelity, Lack of Direction, Life Challenges, Low Confidence, Loneliness, Parenting, Peri Menopause & Menopause. Pre-Marital & Marital, Relationship Issues, Sexual Issues, Stress, Work Challenges.

Monday      9 am to 6 pm

Tuesday      9 am to 6 pm

Wednesday 9 am to 3 pm

Thursday     9 am to 6 pm

Friday          9 am to 6 pm

Counselling Services, Available 5 days a week, Telephone and Text or Video or face-to-face in Plymouth, Devon. Counselling Support for £30 an hour, paid via PayPal or Bacs. 

Family Court Emotional Support Service from £20 an Hour

Befriending Services for the over 50's from £15 an Hour for a Telephone call or £25 an Hour for a Home Visit
