Appointment Options

Whatever your budget I can accommodate weekly, fortnightly or monthly appointments.  I offer low cost counselling, as I want to help the very people who are struggling.  The cost of living crisis has taken its toll on all of us.  I want to make counselling accessible to the very people who can't afford £50 to £65 a counselling session.   

Counselling Session Structure

If you have never experienced counselling before, I've briefly outlined our first two appointments.

First Session, counselling contract between myself and the client discussed. The contract includes my terms and conditions, alongside my cancellation policy.  Conversations then start to discuss why you have sought counselling. Followed by questions about your desired outcome from seeking counselling. Next we start to discuss your past, present and your thoughts and feelings in more depth.

At the end of each session, I make brief notes, which are completely confidential, and stored securely, to have available at the start of our next session.

Second Session,  Recap from our first sessions discussions. Allowing for further discussion of some areas/issues or thoughts and feelings  requiring a deeper delve. By guidance and questioning from myself. At the end of each session, I discuss key points from our conversations requiring further exploration, at your next session.
