Integrative Counsellor - Michelle Elbrow

I retrained as a Counsellor in my 40's after several life challenges, separation, divorce, navigating the family courts, navigating emotional abuse, along with the demands as a working single mother.  I was struggling to process my feelings on my own. I took myself to see a Counsellor, she helped me navigate my complex feelings and emotions, leading me to realise how self-aware I am.  The counselling process positively changed my life. That experience and a subsequent redundancy. Led me down a new pathway in life where I knew my natural nurturing and empathetic abilities, along with overcoming my own challenges, would make me a good Counsellor.
